Would you like to develop more resilience, less stress and greater peace of mind?

Are you ready for an epic international adventure?

If YES, the Mountains and Marathons Men’s Immersion is for you!

THE IMMERSION

This is more than a trip. It is a journey of epic adventure, connection and growth.

6 days in Guatemala, mid-week you will trek up Acatenango, one of the worlds most active volcanos, moving through breathtaking landscapes and experiencing rich culture.

You will push your mental, emotional, and physical edges, unlocking new levels of resilience and self-leadership.

Led by expert facilitators and a community of other growth-minded men, this immersion will challenge and expand you in ways you cannot yet imagine.

With preparation and connection calls before and after, the journey does not end on the mountain.

You will level-up, literally and metaphorically. You will create meaningful bonds. You will step onto the other side with clarityconfidence, and a story worth telling for a lifetime.

The remainder of the Immersion includes space for recovery, reflection, storytelling, and celebration. INTENTIONAL INTEGRATION

You may have experienced a seminar or retreat that sparked major shifts, only to find the insights and habits fading once you returned to daily life. In The Immersion, integration is a priority.

To ensure your experience carries forward into your life and leadership, we provide a group integration session post-retreat, supporting you in embodying and sustaining the growth and remaining connected to your teammates.
